Maximum Lending Co LLC is a licensed mortgage broker based in Michigan, NMLS #2793908. We originate residential mortgage loans for clients located in Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina. You can reach us at max@maximumlendingco.com.

We collect information in three ways:

a. Information you provide directly

When you submit a form on our site, you may give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Information about the mortgage you're interested in (purpose, estimated home price, down payment, credit score range).
• Any additional details you choose to share in a message, consultation, or call.
• If you create an account or register for a client portal: email, password, and any profile details you enter.

b. Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, we automatically collect standard web-analytics data, which may include:

• IP address, device type, browser, and operating system.
• Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and general location (derived from IP).
• Ad-click identifiers (for example, Google Click ID) when you arrive from a paid ad.

c. Information from third parties

If you interact with a Maximum Lending ad on Google, Google shares limited campaign and click data with us so we can measure ad performance. We do not purchase leads or receive contact information about you from third-party data brokers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your mortgage inquiry and prepare a personalized rate quote or pre-approval.
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your loan request — and only about your loan request, unless you've explicitly opted in to other communications.
• Provide, maintain, and secure the website and any account you create.
• Measure how our ads and website are performing so we can improve them.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and NMLS-related obligations that apply to mortgage brokers.

We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not use your financial information for any purpose other than evaluating and servicing your mortgage inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your lead information with other lenders, mortgage brokers, or lead-generation companies.

We share information only in the limited cases below:

• Service providers who help us run the business under written contracts requiring them to protect your information. Current providers include:
  • Supabase (secure storage of form submissions and account data).
  • Resend (transactional email — sending notifications and replies).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads (website and ad performance measurement).
  • OpenAI (powers the on-site chat assistant; your chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response).
  • Cal.com (scheduling, if you book a consultation through our booking link).
• Legal reasons — when we are required to disclose information to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulator request, or applicable law.
• Business transfer — if Maximum Lending is ever merged, acquired, or sells substantially all its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections in this policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in to any account you create, and measure website and ad performance. Our primary cookie categories are:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function (for example, maintaining your login session).
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (GA4) helps us understand which pages visitors find useful.
• Advertising cookies — Google Ads cookies help us measure whether a paid ad click resulted in a lead, so we can decide what to keep running.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our storage and email systems — to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if something goes wrong.

You have the following choices at any time:

• Access or correct the information we have about you.
• Delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of marketing communications — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
• Opt out of analytics — using the Google Analytics opt-out linked above or your browser's Do Not Track setting.

California, Colorado, Virginia, and several other states grant residents additional rights over their personal information. If you live in one of those states and want to exercise those rights, contact us at max@maximumlendingco.com and we will respond within the timelines that state law requires.

Our website and services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a mortgage loan. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, our booking page on Cal.com or informational pages from government regulators). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their own policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the website. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
